Most children get anxious when thinking of transitioning to a new school or leaving one school and entering middle or senior school.
College and university are also triggers for anxiety, worrying about the grades they get, whether it will allow them to take the course they want to. Even the thought of the taster days has thrown many of my clients into a downward spiral, where overwhelming thoughts and worries consume them.
There are so many factors to consider and being able to talk to someone, to have techniques on how to cope if all becomes too much, and a safe place to explore all of this. This is where I come in.
