ANXIETY

Anxiety is something everyone experiences at times, and feeling anxious is a perfectly natural reaction to some situations.

We all need some anxiety and stress in our every day lives to exist as human beings, however when anxiety becomes overwhelming, when the “fight of flight” response kicks in when there is no real danger, the hormones are still released and we want to run away of fight.

These hormones cause symptoms you are probably aware of, a fast heart rate, sweaty hands, tummy churning and a sense of panic sets in.

The good news is there are plenty of things you can try to help cope with anxiety.  The stresses we experience as constant worrying, of fearing we will make idiots of ourselves, that we will lose control and we will never get out of this are so draining and it leaves us feeling exhausted.

Call me so we can unpick all of this, teach you some techniques to follow and get your back on track to seeing a brighter future and a better way of managing the stresses we encounter daily, and those that are bigger that throw us off course.
